My mistake, I forgot to run as an administrator. Also problem wasnt 100% solved. After I run like an administrator works OK but at first click to chance anything in HSS, the problem came back.
So, after I download latest version HSS-3.42-install-e-550-plain and respect 100% your indicated steps, my Elite protection is stable as a stone and valid until February 2018.
Now I “can be” anywhere in the world not only in USA.

I have Windows 7, I tried the steps twice, but after 10seconds HSS congrat me for upgrading to ELITE, another message appear and told me that I am downgraded back to free version 🙁
